I'm scrolling back from the convo's last night and this morning before I woke up. I've been screwing around with people but wanted to address some of the other questions around font, colors, choices, etc. There was an agency the team was working with before I got here. After my first week and meeting with the rest of the executive team, and learning about the company I knew that what they were working on was all wrong. So I huddled with the other leaders and suggested to move in a different direction. They agreed so we stopped working with that agency. I brought in my own agency, one I have worked with many times in the past, and one more importantly I trust. That was a little over 4 weeks ago. Traditionally this process takes 6+ months, I've been on brand projects for huge companies, Fortune 500 companies and it always takes 12-18 months to do it the right way. Clearly we didn't have that time here and I needed to act fast.
